Brief Description
|
The project envisages capacity building in terms of hardware provisions & LAN setups at local offices & development of Management Information System (MIS) for tax collection on various items.
Excise & Taxation Department (E&T) provides services for collection of various taxes and suggests ways and means for additional resource mobilization in the province. The amount of revenue collected in this head can be increased to the optimal level by utilizing the amenities of information technology.

Objective
|
The main objective of E&T Department is to provide its services for regulation of manufacture import, export, possession & consumption of various dangerous drugs as narcotic substances, collection of provincial taxes, capital value tax, advance income tax, property tax etc through this project.
